The 
Summit D&O Conference is now in its twelfth year and could not happen without the financial and logistical support of its fine sponsors. Unlike many other conferences, the Summit Conference is somewhat discriminating in whom it targets as attendees.
The organizers target working Board Members and Officers for attendance and discourage non-board members from attending the conference. This lends to an atmosphere that fosters a collegiality and frankness among attendees that is unmatched in most other conferences. Real learning takes place as experts and working Officers and Board Members grapple with the demands of ever widening legislation and the ethos to do what is right for the company.
The organizing committee is made up of a distinguished group of professionals dedicated to Director Professionalism. Some on the organizing committee also are sponsors of the conference. Many on the committee also serve on the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
