Richard Levick, Esq. President & CEO of Levick Strategic Communications, represents companies and countries on the highest stakes global crises and litigation. His firm has directed media strategies on Guantanamo Bay; the Catholic Church; the Wall Street crisis; most of the front-page product recalls; and the largest regulatory, corruption and merger matters in the world. He and his firm have been honored with multiple professional awards, including Crisis, Litigation, Investor Relations, and Food Crisis Communications Agency of the Year. He has been named to multiple professional Halls of Fame for life time achievement. He is the co-author of several books including Stop the Presses: The Crisis & Litigation PR Desk Reference, and is a regular commentator on television, in print, and on the most widely read business blogs including TheStreet.com and Forbes.com.

2009 Presenter – Doyle Arnold

BioDoyle Arnold, CFO of Zions Bank
Doyle L. Arnold is vice chairman and chief financial officer of the company. He was named as CFO of Zions Bancorporation in November 2001.

Arnold was formerly group executive vice president for Corporate Strategy and Development at Bank of America Corporation in San Francisco. He has served in a variety of executive management positions at BankAmerica, and prior to that at Wells Fargo & Company. Arnold also served as Senior Deputy Comptroller of the Currency and executive assistant to the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury during the Reagan administration. He has served as chief financial and administrative officer of Bankserv, Inc., a leading electronic payments company. Arnold is a graduate of Rice University, and has an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Presenters – Reatha Clark King

BioDr. Reatha Clark King, Director of Exxon Mobil
Dr. King currently serves on the boards of Exxon Mobil Corporation and Lenox Group Inc. She is a former member of the boards of directors of Wells Fargo and Company, Minnesota Mutual Insurance Companies and the H. B. Fuller Company. She has served on numerous board committees, including executive compensation, audit, governance and nominating, finance, and public issues and contributions committees. On the Exxon Mobil board she currently chairs the Public Issues and Contributions Committee. She is co-chair of the NACD 2009 Risk Governance Commission. She is recipient of the NACD 2004 Director of the Year Award. She is a current board member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and a Trustee Emeritus of the University of Chicago. She is past board member of the Council on Foundations and the National Commission on National and Community Service

She has held careers in chemical research, academic administration, and philanthropy. She is former president and board chair of the General Mills Foundation and vice president of General Mills, Inc. Prior to joining General Mills, she was president of Metropolitan State University in the Twin Cities and as professor of chemistry and associate dean at York College of the City University of New York. Prior to these positions, she was a research chemist at the National Bureau of Standards in Washington, DC.

Dr. King is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in chemistry and mathematics. She holds master’s and doctorate degrees
in chemistry from the University of Chicago and the MBA from Columbia
University. She has received numerous civic and professional awards,
including fourteen honorary doctorate degrees.
