The Room block filled up extra fast this year and we will need to assign your rooms from within the block. When making arrangements at the Montage Deer Valley Resort, the conference night(s) will be billed to the Summit Conference 2025 master account, and personal nights you stay will be billed to your personal account (the discounted rates of $355/night – assuming availability – do apply for personal nights but are not reimbursed by the Conference Organization). Our room block consists of a Superior King or Double-Queen Room. Supply is limited. Lodging at the Montage Deer Valley Resort is comp’ed according to the reimbursement guidelines.
