Reimbursement

The Summit Conference 2021 will reimburse all reasonable travel and meal costs for speakers that are not associated with sponsors (Presenters from sponsors are expected to cover their own travel, meals and lodging costs). Summit does not typically reimburse lodging for speakers and presenters local to the Wasatch Front area.

LODGING
Our normal preference is that you make your own travel arrangements and reservations at the Montage Deer Valley Resort, but due to high demand, we will manage room reservations for you. Please email Kevin Jessop at kjessop@diversifiedinsurance.com to request accomodations. Conference night room reservations at the Montage Deer Valley Resort will be billed to the Summit Conference 2021 master account and any personal nights will be billed to your personal account (the discounted rates do apply for personal nights but are not reimbursed by the Conference Organization).

AIRFARE
We appreciate speakers making travel arrangements in advance in order to take advantage of discounted fares. Coach class air service is requested.

AIRPORT TO HOTEL TRANSPORTATION
We prefer that our presenters flying in from out-of-town use UBER or Lyft to and from the airport.
